LDA Tango Private Classes/ Intro courses/ Wedding Dances/Special tutorials/ Body conditioning/ 

 

• Private classes must be paid in full to confirm the booking and not-refundable and not transferable.

• *The prices include the hiring of the LDA Tango studios.

• Pre-paid packages are valid for three months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and not transferable from one person to another.

 

Cancellation Policy -

In order to offer you the best service, LDA Tango has to remain strict on the cancellation policy. We ask our clients to commit to us.  

A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the lesson commencement is required to re-schedule or cancel a lesson but please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to cancel. At least one week's notice is preferred.

 

• Cancellation made with 48 hours will receive a full credit towards a future class or course ( related to the booking) based on availability. 

• Cancellation made with less than 48 hours will be charged at half of the price of the class. 

• Cancellation made 12 hours before the class commences or failure to turn up for an appointment will be chargeable in full.

 

If I am unable to attend any private session, I will endeavour to re-arrange the session to your convenience. If, however, a date cannot be found a full refund for that session will be made.

How to cancel: You can give us a call (07506259769) or send us a text message to cancel sessions. Please do not cancel by email unless it is at least 48 hours before the session.

 

• You can re-schedule your class for any other date available within a month time from the date of the booking you cancelled.
  You can re-schedule a class up to 2 times, after this, the full price of the lesson is payable. 

 

Semi-private Classes

•  Pre-registration and full payment for the course (4 weeks) are required in advance. 

•  You must please let me know which classes/dates you cannot attend BEFORE the start of the course.  You will, therefore, be exempt from paying for those classes/dates. Once the course begins any classes missed, other than the ones arranged prior to the start of the course, you will still be charged for these classes. 

 

Gift Vouchers 

• All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.

• All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

• All vouchers must be booked in advance.

• Dance Class and Lesson bookings are subject to availability.

 

Workshops and Masterclasses

Please note that to attend our Workshops and Masterclasses pre-registration is required.

You could make your payment in cash on the day of the workshop or in advance (if you want to get your Early Bird discount). Some workshops and Masterclasses may require full payment in advance.

 

Please note that filming during the classes is not allowed.

1. Online – We use an automated subscription system called WIX which collect your email address and name. When registering with us, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to WIX for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. Standard registration details will be collected and used to verify your registration.

 

1. At LDA Tango Classes – you will be asked to complete a form when you arrive at your first session which requests relevant information related to your experience dancing in order for us to provide our service.

Most of the information LDA Tango holds on you that constitutes personal data is as follows:

This is personal information because it relates to you, and you have shared this information with LDA Tango by consent to enable us to communicate with you about the classes and events.

• Assess and develop a personalised training/ classes plan

• Internal record keeping.

• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
